As for the “charity” it’s funded by money guilted out of customers. The multi billion dollar corporation collects extra money from customers and gets a tax write off. I don’t see this as a good thing at all when that’s by far not the only way too do it, it’s the greedy selfish way to get people such as yourself to defend said multi billion dollar corporation though, isn’t it?
Really think you need to separate the two entities a bit. I’m not aware of RMHC donating to any presidential campaign. Quite certain that did not happen.
Please reread my post. Does it sound like I’m defending McDonald’s? Despite their efforts it’s easy to see the difference. Despite ugly roots they are doing a really good thing that no one else is anywhere close to this scale. I think it’s important to separate the two entities.
