I ate so many cookies I wasn’t hungry. I’m sure there will be regrets - I might need a Tums before bed.

I had to use Tums for the first time this morning. Apparently I have aged to the point that four beers, then four sugary treats immediately before going to bed, is not appreciated by my gastric system.
