This is not a comment on a thing or action, but a reply to a story or something someone has said. “Where’s the bus?” The storyteller might be confused and ask: “which bus?” “The bus with people who care”

In German, there’s another - not as vulgar, but a personal attack. This is not a comment on a thing or action, but a reply to a story or something someone has said.

Never heard of that. Is that a regional thing?
