The town I live in now has not.
It’s been a while but we’ve definitely gotten one within the last three years. They go straight into the recycling bin at our house; not even a pitstop on the kitchen counter.
Same received one couple months ago.
Vaguely remember getting a phone book until about 2000. After that, there were these off brand phone books that started showing up in my driveway for a few years. Those stopped around 2003 I think.
I would imagine it varied by location and by publisher.
The state capital on the cover was not in area code 318 or the listed coverage area of this directory.
