Just like anti-solicitiation laws were used (until recently) to harass trans women, any anti-trans laws will be used to harass non gender conforming cis women.
oh yeah, can corroborate as a GNC cis(ish) woman that the rise in transphobic fearmongering over the last decade has resulted in a really noticeable escalation of harassment for me too
you can’t actually misgender me in any way that matters, but every “sir, uh, I mean, ma’am” I get feels way more potentially dangerous these days than it did ten years ago
