I’ll never forget the scolding I saw from Dems in 2020. Claiming Biden was the ‘harm reduction candidate’ and that if you didn’t vote for him you were incredibly privileged. Ironic considering if you voted for Biden thinking this, you’re the privileged one.
What is his political legacy so far for this presidency? I don’t follow everything he does but it feels like things have gone to shit far faster than under Trump somehow.
He inherited a situation that called for bold new thinking. Instead of doing that, he employed John Kennedy’s playbook and crossed his fingers.
I knew we couldn’t trust him. Though he’s not as bad as Trump. But we deserved Bernie.
