Would be really odd, but very possible, if he won… And the entire time he’s in office he has multiple sentences waiting for him for the day his second term ends. And his entire term is just a literal countdown while he throws tantrums until he’s admitted into GA or federal prison.
There’s no statute of limitations once you’ve been charged. So all sentences would immediately commence on Jan 20th, 2029 which he’d refuse to attend.
I can’t imagine what that would be like to witness, and it seems so unreal, but it’s absolutely a real possibility.
The inauguration of the next president would be completely overshadowed by this event.

The flaw in your scenario is if he gets elected again, he won’t leave (willingly).
Well then he can get arrested one extra time that day for trespassing etc.
Or our democracy ends. Either way.
