Even in the US there will be missing money and equipment, and the US routinely donates things to countries more corrupt than Ukraine, so it’s not like they’re completely inexperienced at this. Anyway, not much has gone missing, and as the war goes on Ukraine has become less corrupt as a result of necessity and US aid, especially around military stuff.
