    Of course cats have different personalities but in general just learn to treat/handle your cat with respect and gentleness. Since I did I don´t even bother cutting her claws anymore and the worst I get now are sometimes tiny marks from excessive kneading on my belly <3

      Yeah, my cat taps you and plays with claws out. Not clipping them would mean a lot of unnecessary snagging, scratching, and pain that’s easily avoided.

            At least my cat does that all by herself. (Not surprising because there where cats in the world long before they became pets)

        I understand. I am not against clipping in general and as I wrote cats have different personalities. For example, cats that grow up without other cats might not learn to understand that claws hurt.
