You can now sign up to instances on the photon client! If PUBLIC_INSTANCE_URL is set, it’ll automatically take you to the right sign up page. Otherwise, you can pick the instance to sign up to.

1.0 will be out soon with full feature parity! Just a few more tasks on the list left before 1.0.
