Two mana seems like a reasonable cost for (effectively) a 2/3 with reach
It’s fine. About on par with Copper Longlegs, Roc Hunter, and maybe Snarespinner (which I prefer). Of course moving to two-color & uncommon has my pet Vilespawn Spider that I maindeck in standard. 🤷🏻♀️
Flavor wise I feel like something named skewer slinger should have a fling-like effect that sacs food tokens to ping
