If American companies don’t want to comply with EU law they should look for other markets. I can perfectly live without meta and x.
If a company refuses to follow the law, then fine them every day, perpetually. With increasing severity.
What if the company is huge, you depend on it heavily, and it also has the explicit support of a powerful, belligerent nation?
Fuck them even harder. If the EU won’t do it, nobody will.
Make the fine proportional to the companies size.
