I’ve said before in some chats with friends that the worst enemy of the free market is capitalism itself. One of the core selling points and myths is that it enables greed to develop the utility of things. Really tho if you are a winner in the market you can employ a win more type strategy and this is an example. By removing transparency one is able speculate and extract better. Who better than the wealthy to take advantage of this too. They have the spare cash and the solidarity to boot.
Can recommend the book flash boys about the topic of dark pools, high frequency trading, etc. and how the setup, the parameters of this system enables fraud.

Chuck and Nancy approved!
This is an insightful way to put it and I think could be effective in communicating the fundamental problems of capitalism to people.
Perhaps. I have used it in online debates in ancap/libertarian circles with out much to say. They have a weird sense of an honor system that people will just follow. None the less its worth commenting there for young lurkers hearing their bad Ayn Rand ideas for the first time.
It’s lead-up-to-the-next-Great-Depression … as a service.
Funeral parlors, prosperity gospel churches, housing, medical, "education” human body parts… What else?
