I just bought and installed a set of Nanoleaf hanging lights last weekend, but I haven’t figured out how to have them strobe a color scene automatically. This weekend I’m going to work with the scenes on the Nanoleaf app, and the porting process to the Home app, to see if I can get it to work.

I travel for work and am gone M-F, so I only have the weekends to try these things.

Currently the Nanoleaf app doesn’t let me adjust scenes (saved settings for a color strobing preset) unless I’m on the same local network as the device I’m working with. I can sit here* halfway across the state and use my camera to review adjustments for live settings, but I can’t adjust the damn saved ‘scene’ preferences and port it to the Home app’s automation preferences without being actively on the network.

Anyway, I’ll try that when I get back. I really want to locate some cool aurora like color schemes, or just use a rainbow splash because that works too. Right now I’m just using a static warm yellow.
