Highly tactical Rip It
No first aid, even just a tourniquet?
Yeah my IFAK is on the back of the carrier and I have 5 tourniquets, 2 on the carrier, 2 on the pistol belt and one I keep on whatever clothes I wear.
Lmao at the rip it.
What’s a LoRA radio?
LoRa is just Long Range radio. In North America that frequency is 915 MHz. Basically it allows small data packets to be sent long distances (up to 10 km in ideal situations) with very little power. Mostly it can be used to send text messages and GPS coordinates, but can be used for other telemetry data. Meshtastic uses LoRa to build a mesh network that uses all available nodes to transmit data to specific destinations like a router. This combined with ATAK you can have near realtime GPS data of teams and those teams can mark enemies or other useful tactical data on a map that is then broadcast to all available and authenticated nodes. Meshtastic also uses AES 256bit encryption to remain secure.
I see the MSU logo. Would you know Dr. Hefner? He is a good chap.
