I never listened to his music so I have no opinion on it BUT I grew up with Michael Jackson’s music so my “Graduation” is Thriller.

No I’m not that fanatical and I’m able to admit that MJ is a bad person who made some good music.
Why is this so hard for people to do? I love Woody Allen’s films, but he’s a piece of human garbage.
MJ was an amazing musician but also a bad person.
Obviously there is an issue that if you’re buying the films technically you’re supporting these bad people, but that’s a function of capitalism not art.
Honestly, I wish I could have this outlook. Literally, I think Pantera’s riffs and solos are GOATed, but I can not turn on any of their albums without feeling this major inner conflict
