I was really conflicted whether to flag this as NSFW, as personally I don’t think there’s anything wrong with seeing a woman nursing their child in public, but I also didn’t want anybody getting questionable looks if a boob is on their screen while browsing at work. So I opted for NSFW in the end. I would love to know your thoughts on this in the comments. :)

ETA: I’ve unflagged this as NSFW after hearing some thoughts from other users and also opening Reddit for the first time in forever to refresh myself on how the breastfeeding community handled it over there.

    I think making it nsfw goes completely against the point. If my boss saw a photo of a breastfeeding mother on my PC and made a stink about it, I don’t see how that would end well for him.

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I really went back and forth on this one a lot. Ultimately, I think you’re absolutely right - it goes against the spirit of what this community is all about.
