    The city of Berlin is expropriating property from landlords across the entire city.

    You think you’re invincible, but the position on landlords will slowly mainstream elsewhere. Hope you’re not too attached to your property.

      Ah, the “big” corperate landlords that own more than 3000 units, yeah. Screw those parasites, and good for Berlin.

      Our legal system doesn’t allow taking private property without fair market compensation. Personally I’d be thrilled if the city saved me the hassle of selling it.
