My understanding is that it automatically clicks on “agreed.” It does not hide the banner or block it, it just clicks on “okay” for you. So it does not pop up and disrupt your web surfing flow. Personally, I use uBlock to not have to deal with them at all.

Didn’t know uBlock had a filter list for cookies. Is it the
