Upvoting a post in the list of posts, and then opening the post: the upvote is not showing, and I have to upvote again.

  • Browse the list of pots
  • Upvote a post
  • Notice the post is upvoted
  • Open the post to read the comments
  • Notice the post is no longer upvoted
  • Upvote the post again

    Same as if you do it in reverse, upvoting from the post page and then going to the main.

    The upvote is applied right away though, I tested by having my desktop browser open and upvoting a post. It just doesn’t load into the UI till the app is reopened.

    So you could just leave the post trusting that the upvote was applied. Would be nice to see it consistently in the UI

      One way to verify in-app: Leave the post and open it again (and vice versa). The upvote should show up now.
