I’ve not read the whole thing yet, but from what I’ve digested so far there are some very accurate criticisms of Canada’s premier Trotskyist organisation, RCP (formerly Fightback).
There was a split in the Canadian org three years ago 
and this document is the result of that split.
As someone who spent a considerable number of years trapped in this cult it is relieving to see that others have also managed to break away from it and finally see the org for what it is: a parasite.

Ew. I’m not exactly a professional or an expert in organizing, but from my experience there’s a lot of grave errors made that a Marxist party ought to be able to reflect on and not do in order to build a mass movement for socialism. What a shame
These cultists are incapable of self reflection. They just criticise everyone and everything except themselves, eat hot chip and lie.
