You want form 45-IXZ not confused with 45-XIZ, and you have to provide 3 IDs for verification along with your W2 to make sure you make less than 35k a year or 70k married. Yep, better to keep 10 people that need assistance from getting it than have a single person get it that doesn’t need it hard enough. Totally would never work to just give it to everybody and get it back in taxes on the back end if people that got it didn’t “need” it.
