In a “enough eyeballs make any problem shallow” sense?
These illegal street racers are a menace here in Chicago, especially at night. I can’t fix that problem but I do want to get home safely. Pulaski is an especially popular street for this activity, and it’s roughly halfway aling my commute.
I need to get from west of Pulaski, where I work, to east of Pulaski, where I live, generally between the hours of 10pm and 1am. Let’s say as well that going significantly north of Augusta or south of Madison is too far out of the way. I have a bicycle and a moderate amount of free time. How do I most safely get home without getting mown down by street racers?
