I mean, that’s what the CMA and others are for right? I personally think this deal is horrible for consumers, but I guess the relevant authorities have taken a look and decided it doesn’t (or shouldn’t) cause too much trouble.
There’s definitely a limit however, and I think Microsoft is inching towards that limit.
