    So basically the therapist’s recommendation is, don’t engage in modern life. And maybe that’s really the road to wellness. The one thing I truly agree with is, get enough sleep - it really does make a difference in how good you feel about life. However good luck trying not to engage with internet trolls. No matter what - someone has to take their verbal peashooter to anything and everything that gets posted.

      I ended up getting the good sleep on accident, I pulled so many all nighters and 3 hour power naps that I physically cannot stay up late anymore. Night hits and I pretty much go comatose against my will as the eepy weepy sleepy demon gets me :3
