DRENCH IT: PRESS IT WITH SOMETHING HEAVY TO REMOVE MOISTURE, LEAVE HEAVY OBJECT ON IT FOR LIKE FIFTEEN MINUTES, PREFERABLY AT AN ANGLE
MIX IN CORN OR POTATO STARCH
VEGETABLE OR GRAPESEED OIL TO FRY IT.
