Apparently I only got 10minutes of deep but I feel fine and recharged. Is this normal?
I hardly get any deep sleep. Some days there’s no deep sleep at all.
I’m a bad sleeper so I get sub 20 minutes. Few days ago got 3 mutes :/
With my Gen 2 ring I averaged 2hrs per night. Since changing to Gen 3 my average is between 1hr 30 mins and 1hr 45mins
I get 1 hour and 30 minutes and feel sluggish.
What the charts look like for a dad with a 7 week old baby. Actual “sleep” time feels a lot less than the published figure… lol

People need around 1.5 hours of deep sleep nightly. Your body restores and repairs itself in deep sleep. Low deep sleep time signals of some kind chronic infection in your body. Might be parasytes, might be bacteria or viruses. You don’t feel it yet but your body is being under attack. Check what’s causing it and kill it.
CDC say 2 hour deep sleep a night is the goal
What’s the definition of Deep Sleep anyway. I expect Apple’s algorithm is different from de CDC’s. Maybe 2 hours at CDC is equivalent to 45min Apple Watch ?!
