Since the arguments against him are pretty clear, I will say that we knew he wouldn’t be winning us games, at least not yet. He’s here for Bryce. I could go either way on him, on the one hand he has been bad so far, on the other, as long as he’s helping Bryce we should hold on to him

I’m not syaing Reich is some great coach but firing him after one year with the situation he was given is going to make the job very unattractive. Who’s going to feel confident that they’ll get to build a team if you’re going to get canned after 1 year? If it does happen, they better nail FA because they don’t have a 1 next year.
This rhetoric is very black or white. It’s not that you have to step in and immediately have a winning season, it’s that you have to show some improvement in not only from the previous season, but from week to week. Last year we finished the season out pretty strong and even came within a game of winning the division. But despite having mostly the same roster with a better QB option and supposedly better coaches, we’re looking worse than any of Rhule’s seasons. On top of that, the team as a whole continues to look more and more undisciplined every week. Sometimes you don’t have to wait for a 2nd season to know when someone just isn’t it, and it’s not a bad move to move along early, I’m sure any future coaching candidates will be adults about it and understand that their predecessor was the architect of their own quick downfall
