He’s like the TE version of Trey Lance but he’s actually good.
Ability
Tall and athletic
Off the charts athleticism and upside. I recall he was seen as drafted slightly on the early side, but after the second round teams will start turning to upside picks
The Vikings drafted Moritz Bohringer out of a German football league cuz he was 6’5” 240 and ran a 4.4. Crazy measurables will get people drafted
Because 6’6" guys who can run a 4.5 are always going to at least pique the interest of some team or another.
Jets should try playing Zack Kuntz and see what happens.
Didn’t antonio gates barely play football? He played basketball in college and was signed undrafted.
Absolutely this. There’s a reason Jordan Mailata was drafted too despite having literally never played football. Third round seems a bit high for someone with Graham’s college pedigree but I mean, it worked out so obviously the people who know what they are doing know more than I would have.
So the NFL is the 5 ft nothing girl on tinder got it.
See also: Rico Gathers. Hadn’t played a snap since middle school, 6th round pick.
'grats on spelling “pique” correctly
Exactly. Just look at em.

The NFL always needs big guys that run fast. Who woulda thunk.
To be slightly more serious, the NFL usually runs through highly athletic big guys in just a couple years so it’s a constantly revolving door
It kind of messes with your mind thinking about these things. 6’6 is a gigantic NFL player. Calvin Johnson is 6’5 and considered an automatic mismatch for corners. However, 6’6 is the average height of NBA players. If anything, 6’6 makes you a small forward or an undersized PF.
Word!
DK Metcalf instantly comes to mind. Non-impressive college stats but an absolute beast of a human.
6’7 270, 4.5 40, 39" vert
Say the line!
By being an elite athlete with size. Plus when the Saints drafted him he got to play behind Jeremy Shockey for a year to further learn the position.
i believe wikipedia was created for this
i just assume it would be an easier reference than a forum that hates things even a week old
Kyle long only started 6 games at Oregon before going 20th overall. He only played juco before that
Check out Tim Boyle’s college stats and then his pro stats and tell me why he is STILL in the league. He must be one hell of a clipboard QB.
As a basketball player he knew he would miss 100% of the shots he didn’t take
Wait until you hear about Jordan Mailata
Because of huge
same way shaedon sharpe was a top 10 draft prospect without playing a minute of college ball
