Yeah there seems to be an unwritten rule that QBs always lead by taking the hit for performance and sometimes it IS them. But when the offense has a team up by something like 34-17 late in the 3rd and the D collapses, that’s not on the QB. But there’s no single player on D that has to stand up there and say “yeah, we sucked”
