Title. In a season with a lack of these great games, which have been the best contests so far? One I’d like to nominate is the Texans/Bucs from last week - while the defenses didn’t show up, the offenses were locked in a close shootout. Are there any others that stick out so far?
Bills Patriots…. I luv Mac Jones!
I personally loved watching SF destroy DAL.
That Texans Bucs game was alot of fun to watch
Eagles cowboys was a great game colts browns terribly officiated game but great
Rutgers vs Iowa
Packers saints
Eagles Dolphins
When the Bills beat the brakes off Tuna and the lolfins was pretty entertaining…
Can I count coach firings as a “game”?
Jets Bills. Total madness by the end of that game
Bucs Texans last week was fun
Colts/Browns is up there, and I would probably go with Seahawks/Lions. Though this is making me realize how few great games there have been compared to previous years. We haven’t had that game that you just know will be the game of the year, like Bills/Vikings last year, or in 2021, where it felt like every week there was that kind of game.
Last season Vikings v Bills. This season Vikings v Falcons
Definitely not the best game of the year, but Bears at Commanders on the day Dick Butkus passed away was a much better game than a lot of people expected it to be. I’ll always remember it as the “Dick Butkus game” where everything just seemed to go right for us. It seemed fitting
I don’t agree this has been a lackluster season. The Dolphins scored 70 points, Josh Dobbs got traded to a new team and won within a week, Stroud is playing like a top ten QB as a rookie, the Lions are finally good, Joe Burrow’s back to playing like himself, the Ravens are lighting the league on fire, there’s so much good football happening. Not to mention the outstanding defenses like the Browns and Jets carrying their teams. And its only week 10.
