In my opinion it’s pretty easily DeMeco Ryans if he somehow manages to sneak the Texans into the playoffs. He took a team that almost had the #1 overall pick last year, that nobody expected would be able to compete this year before the season started (unlike the Bears), and made them into what they are. Obviously Stroud balling out has done a lot to help, but it’s still insane that they have a winning record after 9 games and are looking like one of the top half teams in the NFL.

If the Vikings make the playoffs down QB1, QB2, QB3, RB2 and WR1 and WR3 for a period of time you almost have to give it to KOC

When I watch the Texans I don’t really get the vibe that coaching is winning them games. I get that vibe from Campbell more.

The favourites are probably Campbell or Ryans, but the real answer should be Mike Tomlin, he’s somehow coached the Steelers to a 6-3 record and a likely playoff appearance despite being outgained in EVERY game and a football terrorist running the offense

Doug Pederson did all this last year with an even worse franchise and still didn’t win COTY so it’ll be whatever large market team impresses the committee the most
