I love my Apple Watch Ultra, but I hate the fact to track my sleep I have to put it into sleep mode and I don’t get information on recovery etc.
So I’ve been looking at the ultrahuman ring and wondered if anyone wears both?

Not the ultrahuman ring, but I have the oura ring and it does sleep very well. All the info pops up in my health app. The only thing I lose if I don’t wear my watch to bed is nightime vO2 measurements.
Could you elaborate on how it lacks recovery tracking? Wouldn’t sleep and recovery go hand in hand? I’m thinking about getting one, that’s why I ask!
