As a Colts fan. I’m actually beginning to worry. Stroud looks absolutely legitimate. We will see how the Colts fair in our rematch but watching him today has been very concerning. He got drilled, left for a play then immediately came back on 3rd and 17 and threw an absolute dart to convert…

Watson was legit too. But the Texans found a way to Texan in the end. I’m actually more concerned with the Jaguars than the Texans.

QBs are becoming a dime a dozen now, just like RBs. It is about the defense in the fake NFL now.

I am not too worried actually. Having a franchise QB is great, but it’s a team sport. They didn’t win a thing with a top 5 QB at one side and a Hall of Fame DPOY caliber Edge on the other side. Key for the Texans will be building on this and around Stroud and let’s not pretend Houston is known to be well ran over the past two decades.

Indy stays in the playoff hunt with Minshew at a 500 record after 10 weeks with their own rookie QB looking promising enough pre injury to build on.

Not gonna worry about it until their front office shows they can build around Stroud long term. Kudos to them though digging themselves out of the massive hole that O’Brien and Watson put them in. What they have done with the picks looks impressive so far. Plenty of franchises have spun completely out of control after bad situations like that. Still there are always examples of teams that can build something for a year or two before it falls apart.

We said that when Lawrence came along. People said that when Luck came along. I have a huge amount of trust in Steichen and AR. Stroud is solid but he has a long way to go still.

Remember when everyone thought the AFC West was going to be one of the most competitive divisions in the league and Herbert & the chargers posed a real threat to challenge the Chiefs in that immediate future?

I actually think the South is going to be a really fun in the coming years. I have nothing but respect for Stroud and Ryans, but this is a really hard league to win in. Its waaaay to early to be seriously worrying about any of this.
