Ass beatings are the universal language
Good first episode. It’s gone suck watching episode 2 after the Black Friday massacre they pull on the jets.
You got us twice in the next month. Your team seems to be having issues. I remember when the season was beginning I was excited for the epic battles between our teams (Rodgers included) so we’ll see how it goes!
I died when tyreek said “how am I supposed to play fortnite”
I thought i’d enjoy it more than i did. The McDaniels mic’d up clips have been a favorite of mine the last 2 seasons.
He said something at the beginning, like “It’s gonna get weird”. He wasn’t lying. He’s a fascinating strange strange dude to watch. It’s a little off-putting, but you can’t look away.
I’m sure i’ll get into the rest of the season as it develops.
Two points of McDaniel:
- I’m convinced when he was shocked about the no look Tua pass in practice he was 100% full of shit lol.
- (About Crosby, during the game) “He won’t make eye contact with me”
Even though I’m supposed to hate him, I can’t, I love him.
Dude he was just kidding. Even the other coach that came up was obviously like “no way” as a joke
mcdaniel is a known troll. he do be like that.
He was just being fun/busting Tuas balls about the no look lol
“There is only one universal language and that is ass whooping” T. Hill, HBO Hard Knocks E1
Duuude, don’t say stuff like that with your history
Is he wrong tho
Wonder if they’ll discuss reeks domestics?
holy shit Ramsey didn’t catch that interception at the end. The Hard Knocks angle was way better than the TV angles.
Great episode. Both my lips were smiling throughout it all. There are some characters on this team. McD pushing for fun fun fun like he’s the Tigger of coaches is hilarious.
Is it just me or was Ramsey just not a part of this episode? Sure we saw him make plays but he didn’t speak on camera once. Hope we see more of our damn near best player in ages talk on things
I believe Ramsey is known to shy away from attention off the football field. He lets all play speak for itself
Tua is kind of a goober. McDaniels is perfect for him.
My reckless speculation: They’re showing the Hill family early so the negative talk kinda gets swallowed by the rest of the nfl and hard knock season. Also so HBO doesn’t get called scared for never showing it at all.
Hill’s wife is pretty but that section was full of baddies. I mean that respectfully as possible.
Never really paid attention to him until I saw him smack around Love, in a game that I thought would be a sigh of relief
