Hi

I normally take my watch off when going to the hot sauna and steam room, however I noticed some people come in wearing their apple watches, I keep wondering if this is safe especially for the battery to be exposed to such high temperatures and for the watch electronics overall ?

I still think it is unsafe but correct me if I’m wrong

    I have run my SS, AWI and AWII through many sauna’s steam rooms hot tubs and cold plunges and never had one issue at all. I use a steam room and sauna 2x per week - hot tub about the same and cold plunge daily always with my watch on. No issues with any watch so far
