What is the consensus on this guy? I constantly get promoted videos for him on YouTube. He’s a little annoying, seems like a nice guy, but I was curious what everyone else thought.

    I genuinely like the Breakfast with Kent live stream but I usually tune out after he stops talking about the Colts or Pacers. He does a show with that bonehead Dan Dakich that I don’t watch, I can just listen to my uncle for the same rhetoric lol

    Love him or hate him he sometimes posts media availabilities before they officially come out and you can actually hear the reporters questions.

    If I was Isaiah Rodgers I’d wager ppl don’t like him tho bc he’s kinda corny and his proximity to Dakich…

      Yeah his ability to defend Dan Dakich is his biggest detractor. He was the one who hired Dan so it makes sense that he would like him but that’s guilt by association.

    Seems like a good guy. Old school radio personality type. Will occasionally have borderline delusional homer opinions but overall his takes are pretty level headed and he’s a Colts insider that will post stuff on his channel from press conferences/locker room that official outlets leave out

    I watch Kent sometimes because I do like his discussion on the Colts. However he spends 90% of his time there and straight up glosses over the Pacers like they’re an annoyance to him for having to even bring them up. I’ll 100% never watch the podcast he does with Dakich because I can’t stand that clown.

    I actually enjoy his stuff and his videos because he seems more like a dude at home who loves his team than some jackass columnist who knows nothing about football.

    Probably my favorite local reporter. Has a small following, but still has direct access to the players and team. I’m also an IU fan, so that helps, because he is a fan and talks about them a lot too. He also covers the Pacers, which I could care less about. All sports are all lumped into the same video, so I do a lot of skipping segments.

    I generally agree with most of his takes. He’s a fan but not a cheerleader. If somebody on the teams he covers screws up he’ll say so and not sugar coat it. Sometimes comes across as hilarious unintentionally, like when he starts his IU post game stream well before the game is over because the team is playing so bad.
