It looked like a Colts corner accidentally did a somersault kick into his quad. That has a ton of angular momentum because it hit the quad before the corner hit the ground. It’s like being struck with a sledgehammer. Probably caused a lot of internal bleeding and a bone bruise. That’s going to take a while.
