Hello 👋
[tldr: looking for wholesome episodes, my own list compiled from other tread]
(disclaimer )This may be one for the girls/shippers:
Looking for the cutest, most wholesome and least gory south park episodes available (bonus points if they have good shipping moments and/or are especially funny e.g. tweekxcraig, Tonsil Trouble)
for context, I used to watch south park all the time as a baby (8yr-14yr) with my brothers, it was lots of fun watching, loved the humor but was never much a fan of the gore - I secretly had crushes on a lot of the characters and shipped a lot of them together. I’m rewatching some episodes with my boyfriend now for fun, neither of us are big fans of gore ~ just thought it would be useful to compile a list of wholesome, cutest episodes with least gore possible.
I looked on another thread where a similar question was asked (minus the additional shipping moments request) and have compiled this list myself from peoples answers, these ones are suppose to be least gory but still funny:
~
cartmanland
christan rock
awesome-o
professor chaos
quest for ratings
the Last of the Meheecans
going native
the scoots
casa bonita
There’s plenty of episodes that are more simple and heartfelt. The main episode thats coming to mind for me right now is The List. It’s just a super simple story about the kids at the school. No sub plot with adults no political statements and not even much raunchy humor.
the boys are obsessing over the cootie catcher like it can really predict the future. - Marjorine that’s a fine
Tegridy Farms is dumb fun
Toilet Paper
Black Friday Trilogy
raisons - but maybe not as parody of hooters
Metalocalypse.
Butter’s Bottom Bitch
Guitar Queer-O, Poor and Stupid
The Margarine
You got served
AWESOM-O, Gnomes, Casa Bonita and Toilet Paper are the cleanest episodes off the top of my head (Gnomes being a personal favorite of mine, mostly just because it introduced Tweek). Pinewood Derby is a runner-up, since it only has one suicide, which is pretty good for SP standards.
Crack Baby Athletic Association, Not Without My Anus, and it’s semi-sequel, Royal Pudding

try “clubhouses” season 2, heard its good.
Also imagination land is funny, but gory to be fair.
Lol, I wouldn’t consider imagination land to be wholesome. The woodland critter rape someone in the forest so they can get aids, pop strawberry shortcakes eye out so they can pee in her eye, before killing her.
The south park subreddit the last few weeks: le heckin wholesome shippers and people desperately arguing that the show is actually secretly communist
Thanks for the list Bubblyleg.
While South Park is known for its irreverent humor and often controversial themes, there are indeed some episodes that lean toward the cute, light-hearted, and less violent side. Here are a few that might fit the bill:
- “Awesome-O”: In this episode, Cartman disguises himself as a robot to prank Butters. It’s a delightful blend of humor and heart.
- “Christian Rock Hard”: Cartman’s attempt to exploit Christian rock music leads to hilarious moments. Stan’s line about Cartman’s knowledge of Christianity is a classic: “I know enough to exploit it.”
- “The Death of Eric Cartman”: While not entirely devoid of dark humor, this episode showcases Cartman’s resilience and Butters’ innocence.
- “Professor Chaos”: Butters’ alter ego as a supervillain is both endearing and amusing.
- “Quest for Ratings”: A simple story about the kids at school without subplots or political statements. It’s a cute and straightforward episode.
- “Going Native”: This one is fluffy and light-hearted, and it might remind you of “The Last of the Meheecans.”
- “Casa Bonita”: Butters’ innocence shines in this episode, making it a relatively tame and enjoyable watch.
Remember, even in the world of South Park, there are moments of sweetness and charm amidst the chaos!
WorldWide Privacy Tour?
If I’m wrong though
In Season 25 I think, where the boys play air soft is great and not gory.
