Russell Wilson reached 20 passing touchdowns on the season against the Browns, becoming the first Broncos QB to do so since Peyton Manning. The Broncos passing touchdowns leader each year since 2014:
2014: Peyton Manning (39)
2015: Brock Osweiler (10)
2016: Trevor Siemian (18)
2017: Trevor Siemian (12)
2018: Case Keenum (18)
2019: Drew Lock (7)
2020: Drew Lock (16)
2021: Teddy Bridgewater (18)
2022: Russell Wilson (16)
2023: Russell Wilson (20)
Crazy that Peyton Manning’s corpse still had 39 TDs. He was an all-timer.
In 2014 he was still good, just tore his quad near the end of the year and that’s when he started going downhill and then into 2015.
Ok but how far back til we see Jake Plummer stats?
I miss that man.
If Peyton didn’t become washed the last quarter or so of the season he might’ve been able to challenge Rodgers for MVP
Even in their loses Russ wasn’t the reason this year. He should be in the top mix for come back player of the year.
except that fumble against washington
Would be hilarious to win the CPOTY and usually people have reasons like injury but for Russ it just Hackett
lol where 'em jets fans now
I hope they make the playoffs and make a deep run.
Russ also rushing today looked great.
The shit I said about Payton and Russell might need to be retracted.
At least you’re mature enough to admit it. Just like I owe Vance Joseph an apology.
Now that we don’t have their picks I love that for him and the team. Let’s ride.
Hackett is a football terrorist
Mr unlimited
Rememebr a month ago when people were seriously claiming that Sean Payton was the worst trade in NFL history? Lol
That was always such a terrible take too lol. We gave up a late first and a pick swap for Payton. I’m sure having Bryan Bresee or Nolan Smith would have made a much bigger difference for the team this year than one of the best coaches in the league.
Russell Wilson last year threw the same or less touchdowns than Bridgewater, Case Keenum, Drew Lock, and Trevor Semien. Jesus Christ…
Establish the Russ.
