You always see players shake hands after trying to break each other for 60 minutes which leads me to wondering if there’s any players who down right hate each other and have gone on record to say so.

    I wouldn’t say hate, but Deion Sanders and Jerry Rice didn’t get along during the year they were teammates. They almost traded blows in the lead up to the Super Bowl.

        Yeah, but they don’t hate each other. The make-up hug during the rematch that same season showed that they were still homies

      Yeah, Deion thought Jerry was too uptight (he probably was) and Jerry didn’t think Deion took it seriously enough (also probably right). Just two very different approaches to football.

      To Deion’s credit though, his swagger is exactly what the Niners needed in 94-95, we’d lost to the Cowboys two years in a row at that point and the team was basically gnawing their own fingers off in frustration
