Well, I got an email this past Monday that my order was being shipped, and it came with a tracking number. Yesterday, I got another email saying that the sender cancelled the shipment. I did reach out to framework support for answers, but haven’t heard back yet. Has anyone else had this situation happen?

This happened to me too!! As of right now, no new delivery. No response from customer support after 2 sent messages. What happened, I didn’t know I was the only one.
Mystery solved! The initial FedEx label accidentally got deleted/invalidated. Got the new tracking number and I have another reason to look forward to Friday! 🎉🎉🎉
