If Houston’s defense was worse or the close games swung the other way off say a RB mispay, is Stroud still OROY? Puka and Gibbs are the distant contenders.

    The real question is: Would Stroud stilll be presumed OROTY if you regressed his stats to the league average?

    Probably not.
