After the recent events on Reddit, it’s hard not to think a mass migration might occur at some point in the near future. Yet at the same time, the topics being represented by popular subs on Reddit have no presence here. How will the future growth of Lemmy truly play out given Reddit’s market share?

    Not really, because the earlier times of the internet were more dynamic where people were exploring the internet, meaning they were constantly switching between websites to explore the magic of the internet, while the internet these days got pretty boring, and social media like YouTube and Reddit hold all of the power, so Lemmy isn’t the 2020s of Reddit’s 2010s moment.
