I’m going to miss AITA. Even if someone makes it a community, it will take a long time to populate.

I sure hope people aren’t deleting all their old useful guides and troubleshooting posts. Yesterday I was playing Stardew Valley, I had a simple question, so I duckduckgo-ed it and found some promising links on r/StardewValley, but StardewValley was private. Very frustrating. I hope this isn’t the norm. So, so far…that. I miss StardewValley. Besides that, I will miss r/bestofredditorupdates

So far my most upvoted comment on Lemmy is suggesting someone copies all of Reddit onto a special instance somewhere where it can’t be sued. So, uh, here’s me plugging that again.

In some cases you can access Google caches version of the webpage, and see what it said before it went down. Hit the three dots next to the result (on desktop at least), and click “cached”. You might need to expand the options at the top to see it. Not all webpages have a cached version available, but it can come in handy for some.
