Agree! I have a kbin.social account, too … but Lemmy is easier and more visually organized. At some point they may t interface or interlink if I understand correctly, but for now im excited to see people migrating over. I imagine tomorrow will be a big influx … and as we approach the 30th even more. Its exciting.
I think if we can get around 10,000 active, regular users then we can reach long term sustainability. Enough people for some solid diversity, niche communities can be built without just being dead, and you won’t run into the issue of just talking to the same few people all the time lol.
