Or pan fried with other veggies. Or breaded and fried/broiled/air fried. I also kind of like eating them raw with tons of salt, with sticky white rice as a chaser. Basically, boiled vegetables are a mistake most of the time lol

It’s good grilled over charcoal too - the florets soak up the smoke flavor really nicely.
