Every time I look at a post on here (Jerboa, android) it will work for a few seconds then the screen will go black and say “timeout”.

Generally, your post went through fine but the server didn’t respond quickly enough. It’s growing pains, the admins are aware of the issue but haven’t found a fix yet. As a workaround, reload the post and your comment should be there.
Yeah it’s going to happen. There is a lot of instability right now. You’ll just have to live with it until it gets fixed.
