This is what people not from the UK (and a fair few who are) always fail to recognise: the Upper Class are engaged in economic war against everyone else, their goal is to maintain a local hegemony and they have been doing this continuously since at least the 11th Century.
There’s every reason to get believe the worst about this guy, he’s so evil he would be out of place as a comic book villain. Well, maybe unless it was one of those edgy political comics.
That said the cash is just a side effect and the actual reason he put this together, as i understand it, is to get revenge for Britain banning fox hunting.
Is there actual reason to think this guy had something like a short position on the British economy before contributing to Brexit or is it just a meme
