Did you have one spontaneously? Randomly read about it online? Are you one of those lucky people that have had them since childhood?

    I just have random lucid dreams and then found a community of lucid dreamers on youtube. I find it quite difficult to develop though as I suffer from insomnia, so all the wake back to sleep methods are a no go. I always mean to do waking tests and keep a dream journal but always forget!
